For the past nine years, Abila MIP Fund Accounting™ users have been attending the most content-rich MIP user conference.  If you have never attended this event, we encourage you to meet us in Reno, NV this October.  If you have attended this conference in the past we expect to see you again this year as we introduce new and repeated breakout sessions as well as special 3rd party exhibitions.

Answers to Common Questions (FAQs)

Your organization is not my Reseller of Record, can I still attend?

Absolutely! We have organizations attend this event from all parts of the country. The Conference is open to any and all MIP users and we welcome your attendance. The more the merrier!

Are discounts available for multiple attendees from the same organization?

Absolutely! There are quite a few discount opportunities available for this event, which include: multiple attendees, early registration and NP Solutions Priority Support Plan Subscriber discounts. If you need to discuss special pricing scenarios please call us directly.

Are meals included with my Conference registration?

Absolutely! Buffet breakfast and lunch on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. Cocktail and hors d’oeuvres reception Tuesday night. The only meal not included is dinner on Wednesday night, although several groups do get together to eat at one of the many eating establishments on site.

I have special dietary concerns, can you accommodate?

We will work with the catering staff to make every effort to address diets, please let us know as far in advance to identify your dietary requests.

What is the Conference schedule?

Tuesday morning registration for the Conference starts at 7:00am. Breakfast will be served every morning starting at 7:00am and the sessions begin at 8:30am. Lunch is served at 12:00pm. Sessions are 90 minutes and run until 5:00pm. There will also be a 20 minute morning and afternoon snack break. The Conference officially ends at 5:00pm on Thursday, but consultants will be on-hand after the Conference.

Will I have an opportunity to speak with a consultant to address questions specific to my organization?

Absolutely! We designed the Conference so we will always have one consultant available (not leading a session) to answer any questions you may have for us. (But, please remember this is not a customer support Conference). Additionally, we’ll be available during breakfast, lunch and after 5:00pm.
